Sask Vending ("we", "us") is a vending machine placement and service business based in Regina, Saskatchewan. This policy explains what information we collect through saskvending.ca and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a machine request through the contact form, we receive the details you enter:
- your name and the name of your business or location
- your email address
- your city or town
- what you would like stocked, and any notes you add
If you call or email us directly, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your details only to assess your location, reply to your request, and arrange and service a machine if we go ahead together. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it on our behalf
- Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver and secure it.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google.
These providers may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we are discussing or providing a placement with you, and for the period needed for our business records afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected] or calling (306) 537-3025. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
